理事会简介

理事会是联合研究中心的最高决策机构，由教育部、科技部、工业和信息化部、国家国防科技工业局、总装备部等部门和中国航天科技集团公司、联合研究中心各分中心牵头单位的校领导组成。理事会设理事长2名，副理事长和理事若干名；每届任期五年。

The council is the Center’s highest decision-making body, consisting of the school leaders from departments, such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information, SASTIND, General Armament Department and so on, and from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and leading units of the Center’s branches. It has two Chairmen, several vice-Chairmen and members with a term of five years.

理事会的主要职责是：

The main responsibilities of the council:

1．确定联合研究中心的总体发展方向和目标，研究制定联合研究中心的发展规划;

1.Determine the direction and objectives of the overall development of the Center, study and formulate the development plans of the Center;

2．制订和修改联合研究中心章程;

Formulate and modify the regulations of the Center;

3．监督和审查联合研究中心年度财务预决算;

Supervise and check the Center’s annual financial budget and settlement plans;

4．监督考核联合研究中心运行管理和实际工作绩效;

4. Monitor and appraise the operation management and actual work performance of the Center;

5．听取联合研究中心工作汇报，研究决定联合研究中心重大事项;

5. Listen to the work reports of the Center, consider and decide major events of the Center;

6．协调整合各种资源，为联合研究中心争取项目和经费;

6.Coordinate and integrate all kinds of resources, so as to gain projects and funds for the Center;

7. 遴选、推荐联合研究中心主任及学术委员会主任候选人。

7.Select and recommend candidates as the director of the Center or of the Academic Committee.
