综合管理部Comprehensive Management Department

 负责处理联合研究中心日常事务。根据工作需要，在依托建设单位和北京设立办公室。综合管理部的主要职责是：与深空探测领域相关主管部门及工程抓总单位进行沟通，推介相关高校的优势资源；跟踪深空探测领域相关主管部门及工程抓总单位的需求信息；整合高校资源，围绕探月及其它深空探测领域的重大专项和重大工程，开展项目策划、组织申报、联合攻关等工作。

 This department takes charge of the daily works of the Center. It has set up offices in the supporting institution and in Beijing. Its main responsibilities are: communicating with the competent authorities and project contracting units in the related fields of deep space exploration, and marketing the superior resources of the related universities; paying close attention to the requirements information of the competent authorities and project contracting units in the related fields of deep space exploration; integrating the resources of universities and centering on the major special projects and programs in the fields of moon exploration and other deep space detection to carry out project planning, organize project application, tackle problems by joint efforts and so on.

This department is set up according to the needs of different projects. Its main responsibilities are: making arrangements for the overall technical schemes, division of tasks, technical exchanges, integrated experiments and other technical works.
